Their answer was this ingenious stoneware sponge holder. Its handcrafted goblet-like form and swirling decoration applied to its front make it a beautiful addition to your countertop. The vertical cut-out in its sides keeps both broad sides of the sponge exposed to circulating air for faster evaporation and holds it up out of any water that accumulates below.
