Shipping & Returns



Our shipping prices are based on the value range of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time including economy shipping, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.


Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays. 


Most of our items are in stock and will ship quickly. Orders for in-stock items placed before 5pm EST Monday through Friday will ship:


Orders $100usd or more Free Economy shipping: within 8 days, arriving no later than the 9th business day after the order was placed.


Standard shipping: within 4 days, arriving 5 business days after the order was placed.


Preferred shipping: within 2 days, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.


Expedited shipping: within 1 day, arriving 2 business days after the order was placed.


Express shipping: will ship the same day and arrive 1 business day later.


Items shipping directly from the vendor / artist and items on backorder will take longer, and this difference is noted on the item page. We’ll let you know throughout the checkout process if you’ve chosen one of these items before you pay for your order.


What is your return policy?

On the off chance that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, simply return it provided the return is in accordance with the returns policy. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

How can I return merchandise?

 Here is how you can return merchandise to us.

  1. Please note: The return shipping is NOT prepaid and the cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method. Return it to us by mail at Plum Select 1589 Skeet Club Rd. Suite 102-179 High Point NC 27265. If you choose to mail your return, please repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping. If you do not have your invoice please include a note letting us know why you are returning the package and how you would like us to proceed with your return, exchange, or refund.

 How long does it take for a refund?

After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. A refund by check will take up to 14 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.


Returns policy

You can return or exchange any item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.*

If the item you wish to return is faulty, please contact us in writing immediately. We will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it to the address on the return label. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card (via PayPal), PayPal account or store credit.

If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit for the same value once the item has been received by plum select, and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.

Please note: Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless specified otherwise.

 You can only exchange items from the same brand of the same items or lower value than your original purchase. Please contact our customer service team for details and ensure to include a stamped, self-addressed post pack with your return for the seller to post the exchange item.

 *Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind include: personalized products, made-to-order furniture, made to order products, underwear, earrings for pierced ears and food items that have been opened. All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.

If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via PayPal or offer you a store credit to the same value, and in this case any shipping costs will be refunded.
